Higoidea delivers exceptional print & embroidery quality with innovative production processes and equipment. Our passion for customer satisfaction guarantees you'll love the results.Our Guarantee Makes It Quick And Easy:

Nobody’s perfect, but we always strive to be. In the rare instance that we make a mistake, we want to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales experience. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at: Support@higoidea.com

  • If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.

  • If for any reason we try and are unable to print or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 business days after we receive your item(s).Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation:

Because your personalized items are unique and made just for you, a customization fee per item is included in your purchase price. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will cancel it if the order has not been put into production.

However, please note that once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase after it has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item. 

If the product has already been shipped, all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.
If the product has been produced but not yet shipped, all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less the $20 restocking fee.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement

This policy applies to all items altered from their original condition. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase for modification and resale.
